Red Sea Diving - PADI Rescue Diver Course
Red Sea Diving - PADI Rescue Diver Course
The PADI Rescue Diver course can be a challenging course at times, but it is also highly rewarding. The Rescue Diving course teaches the novice diver to recognise, avoid, and where necessary, deal with emergency situations, preparing you for the unexpected and teaching you to stand on your own two feet. Red Sea Diving's 2 to 3 day course is designed to build on the student's diving knowledge and understanding, teaching them how important it is to always take stock of not just their own safety, but that of their buddy and other divers too. A Rescue Diving course is the perfect addition to any Red Sea scuba diving holiday. The course is very rewarding and will boost your diving knowledge and confidence hugely. Experienced divers will tell you that the PADI Rescue Diving course turned out to be the most useful PADI course they ever took.
The subjects covered in the Rescue Diver course are:
· diver accident scenarios
· rescuing unresponsive divers
· emergency management and equipment
· self rescue
· rescuing panicked divers
· recognising and managing stress in other divers
This course has and knowledge component and for this you will need a PADI Rescue Diver Crew Pack which costs around £75, which should include the certification fee if purchased from your PADI training provider. The enrolment requirements for the PADI Rescue Diver course are identical to those for the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course, but with the additional requirement that the student has undergone training for CPR and first aid within the last two years.
The great news is that if you book online for Diving Trips and PADI Courses you can guarantee your place and make some huge savings!
